Luc Hedou

Luc Hedou

President of HCM

Prior to co-founding /N SPRO, Luc was a Platinum level Solution Engineer at SAP Canada Inc.. In this role, he was responsible for designing customized solutions and sales strategies for Large Enterprise customers in the Canadian market. After a successful run in this role (President Award and Sales Top Achiever Award), Luc left SAP in 2003 to co-found /N SPRO. Luc graduated from Concordia University (an AACSB certified Business School) with a Masters of Business Administration.

Steve Hatcher

President, Consumer Industries

Mr. Hatcher is President of the Consumer Industries division for /N SPRO, where he leads the development and implementation of the company’s Consumer Industries strategy for services and product offerings.  He has over 25 years of SAP solution and implementation experience, providing advisory services, solution design, and integration management to customers across the SAP CI market.  Prior to joining /N SPRO, Steve was a Vice President with SAP, focused on strategy and implementation for one of SAP’s largest global retail customers.  He holds an B.S. in Accounting and System Design from Louisiana State University.  Steve is focused on developing long-term relationships with strategic customers while driving growth in the /N SPRO Consumer Industries business.

Simon Goupil

Senior Vice President, HCM Strategic Industries

Simon Goupil is a Senior VP at /N SPRO (a Rizing company) who oversees /N SPRO’s Strategic Initiatives on technology as well as Strategic Industry accounts. Simon is a veteran HRIS expert and technology entrepreneur who focused the last 9 years building /N SPRO to become one of the one the world’s leading SAP Cloud HR partners. His areas of focus are around Solution Architecture, HRIS, Project Management, Mobility and Cloud infrastructure & Platforms. He is a technical lead in SAP’s Partner Advisory Council for Innovations and a frequent speaker in SAP HCM events. As he likes to quote from Walt Disney: “it’s kind of fun to do the impossible”

Darren hunter

Vice President, Consumer Industries

Mr. Hunter is a Vice President of /N SPRO’s Consumer Industries division, where he leads product innovation and oversees project delivery.  Darren has over 20 years of consulting experience across a myriad of industries.  He has a unique ability to effectively communicate with both Business and IT Executives to help drive successful business transformation projects.  Darren has participated in some of the largest SAP implementations in North America in the Retail, Wholesale, and Manufacturing industries, and he brings very strong SAP functional and technical expertise to clients.  Above all else, Darren is driven to provide solutions for his clients that are adopted, well understood, and provide value to the enterprise.

William Sarubbi

Senior Vice President, HCM Sales

Mr. Sarubbi is the Senior Vice President of North America Sales for /N SPRO HCM. He leads the firm’s strategic sales initiatives focusing on new growth opportunities in North America. He has over 30 years of software and services technology experience. Willaim migrated to the Rizing umbrella from SAP, where he most recently served as Client Director and the North American Lead for Global Energy and Utilities. Prior to SAP, Mr. Sarubbi spent 20 years in numerous senior executive and sales management roles and has a BBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. Mr. Sarubbi is committed to helping customers achieve excellence by developing long-term working relationships and ensuring they maximize the full value out of their investments in SAP.

Brian Cederborg

Vice President, Consumer Industries

Mr. Cederborg is a Vice President of /N SPRO’s Consumer Industries division.  He is responsible for driving the /N SPRO Consumer Industries Business Development team, delivering strategic retail, wholesale, and consumer products projects, and providing senior advisory services to /N SPRO’s customers.  With over 30 years combined industry and consulting experience, he specializes in driving corporate modernization and transformation programs and helping customers define and implement corporate strategy.  Brian is SAP S/4, Activate, IS-Retail, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and holds an MBA in Consumer Insight and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Brian is focused on establishing long-term partnerships with /N SPRO customers, driving incremental financial benefits for respective clients.

Jonathan Gervais

Senior Vice President, Professional Services

Jonathan is responsible for the North American professional services organization and internal operations of /N SPRO HCM. He has been with the organization since 2010 and has over 17 years of experience building and managing elite teams with the right skills to deliver optimal solutions. Throughout his career as a project manager and program director, he has actively led numerous business transformation programs in North America and Europe. With his “collaborating & empowering” management style, he has greatly contributed to the development and growth of the HCM organization.

Ralph Haffenden

Senior Vice President, Consumer Industries

Mr. Haffenden is Senior Vice President of Consulting for /N SPRO’s Consumer Industries division.  He leads the operational functions of the division, including career/personal development, hiring, and project assignments for the consulting team.  He also serves as an executive and program advisor to strategic customers.  Ralph has over 25 years of experience in Retail and Consumer Industries in both business and technology executive roles.  Prior to joining /N SPRO, he served on multiple transformation initiatives, including roles as overall program manager, business change enablement leader, and functional team leader.  Ralph has a BSBA in Supply Chain and Production Management from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  Ralph is driven by building a uniquely qualified team of consultants with the leadership, business, and technical capabilities to enable clients to thrive in today’s marketplace.
