Luc Hedou

President of HCM

Prior to co-founding /N SPRO, Luc was a Platinum level Solution Engineer at SAP Canada Inc.. In this role, he was responsible for designing customized solutions and sales strategies for Large Enterprise customers in the Canadian market. After a successful run in this role (President Award and Sales Top Achiever Award), Luc left SAP in 2003 to co-found /N SPRO. Luc graduated from Concordia University (an AACSB certified Business School) with a Masters of Business Administration.

Steve Hatcher

President of Retail & Wholesale

Steve Hatcher is President of the Retail and Wholesale division for /N SPRO where he leads the development and implementation of the company’s retail strategy for services and product offerings. Mr. Hatcher has over 17 years of SAP solution and implementation experience. Currently, Mr. Hatcher is focused on developing long-term working relationships with strategic customers while driving growth in the /N SPRO retail business by providing practical cost effective solutions that deliver financial results.

Senior Vice President, HCM Strategic Industries

Simon is the global lead for /N SPRO HCM consulting services in strategic industries (Utilities, Energy, Financial Services and Retail).

Tom Dey

Senior Vice President, Retail & Wholesale

Tom Dey is the Senior Vice President of Retail where he is responsible for the Finance, Administration, and Resourcing functions. Mr. Dey began his SAP career at Marion Merrell Dow in 1990 and implemented SAP for Dow’s pharmaceutical division throughout the world. In 1995, Mr. Dey founded PRISM Consulting Group, an SAP Services firm, successfully growing it to be a National Implementation Partner. In 2003, Mr. Dey went on to co-found DeyFischer Consulting, which developed dedicated focus on SAP Retail solutions and was later rebranded as /N SPRO.

William Sarubbi

Senior Vice President, HCM Sales

Mr. Sarubbi is the Senior Vice President of North America Sales for /N SPRO HCM. He leads the firm’s strategic sales initiatives focusing on new growth opportunities in North America. He has over 30 years of software and services technology experience. Willaim migrated to the Rizing umbrella from SAP, where he most recently served as Client Director and the North American Lead for Global Energy and Utilities. Prior to SAP, Mr. Sarubbi spent 20 years in numerous senior executive and sales management roles and has a BBA from Pace University, Lubin School of Business. Mr. Sarubbi is committed to helping customers achieve excellence by developing long-term working relationships and ensuring they maximize the full value out of their investments in SAP.

Brian Cederborg

Vice President, Retail & Wholesale

Brian is responsible for driving the /N SPRO global Retail and Wholesale consulting practice, delivering strategic retail and wholesale projects and providing senior advisory services to /N SPRO’s customers. Prior to joining /N SPRO, Brian was Capgemini’s Canadian Retail Community of Practice Leader and a Sr. Director of Merchandising for Loblaw Companies. With over 30 years combined industry and consulting experience, he specializes in driving retail and wholesale transformation programs and helping customers define and implement corporate strategy. Brian is SAP IS-Retail and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated top in his class.

Jonathan Gervais

Senior Vice President, Professional Services

Jonathan is responsible for the North American professional services organization and internal operations of /N SPRO HCM. He has been with the organization since 2010 and has over 17 years of experience building and managing elite teams with the right skills to deliver optimal solutions. Throughout his career as a project manager and program director, he has actively led numerous business transformation programs in North America and Europe. With his “collaborating & empowering” management style, he has greatly contributed to the development and growth of the HCM organization.

Ralph Haffenden

Vice President, Retail & Wholesale

Ralph is responsible for managing strategic retail clients and growth initiatives. Prior to joining /N SPRO, he served in both business and technology leadership roles for forward-thinking retailers. Ralph leverages his diverse retail and project leadership experience to provide critical insight for our clients. His skills and experience allow him to successfully develop comprehensive change leadership, process enhancement and technology solutions. He is regarded as one of the most talented SAP IS-Retail implementation leaders in North America and specializes in allocation / replenishment, planning, production and sourcing.
